Why we need to be HUMBLE :)

 

What is humble? 

The most important thing to be humble is knowledge.

The definition of humble in Islam is humility comes from knowing about God and recognizing Him with his greatness, his lordness, his kindness, venerating Him, loving Him, and being awe in Him. 

The general definition of a humble person is a person not proud and arrogant, having a feeling of insignificance, inferiority, and subservience.

There have plenty of synonym words related to humble:-

courteous, gentle, modest, ordinary, polite, quiet, respectful, self-effacing, sheepish, shy, simple, soft-spoken, tentative, timid, and unpretentious.

The importance of being HUMBLE;

1. You will build a better relationship whether towards Allah and other fellow beings

From being humble, these people can become very good people and responsible in relationships. For instance, if we feel humble in worshipping Allah SWT, we will pray, fast, do the charity with a full of heart without any riyak or show off feeling. Humility not only opens the door to more relationships but healthier ones too. Most people like to build a friendship with a humble person because they are easier to talk to and sharing anything.

2. You might do more good

From being humble, you may do more good too. It is because some people felt arrogant to Allah until he does not fulfill the responsibility as a servant. Furthermore, he should be humble towards Allah because Allah is all for us. How can we do not worship him while he gives us plenty of sustenance, health, luxury, the pleasure of life, and everything that we have today. Not only in the context of worshipping Allah, but also in doing good to other human beings and others' life. People who do good and humble toward other is just like a magnet that pulls people close to them. Meaning to say, they have the best aura come out from them that can make people in his or her surrounding comfortable and feel happy with them.

3. It helps you in your career

How its help you in your career. I already wrote that people will get comfortable with those people who are humble. Therefore, the boss and colleagues will easily happy and fast compatible with them. It is because humble people always do their work as best as they can. Furthermore, they are people who keep good speech from hurting others, not like others people. As in the quotes, the tongue is sharper than the sword. So, we should prevent our tongues from hurting other people's heart
